John Kabot-Zinn MBSR workshop anyone?

I just started the 8 week workshop called "Mindfullness-Based Stress Reduction" (MBSR). It is offered at my hospital and most participants are RN's and MD's. The focus is learning how to meditate and be in the moment.

Has anyone taken this? I see many hospitals are offering it to staff and patients.
