Jenny Craig/South Beach Diet

I'm debating between the two...to be honest, I'm too busy and too lazy to even think about counting calories or points or anything, and I'm looking for an easy way to lose weight. By easy, I don't mean pills, laxatives or lipo, I mean, easy as in a no brainer. Wish I could afford a personal chef who planned menus, shopped and cooked for me! Does anyone have any experience with either of these? My co-worker does weight watchers, but that looks like a lot of work. I just need a quick/easy way to break the habit of hotdogs and cheetohs for lunch and pizza for dinner, followed by a can of pringles. Anyhow, if anyone's got any experience with either of these, I'd love to hear from you. Thanks in advance!

Where do you live, Im in Southern California and I work for Lindora it's a Comprehensive Medical weight loss Clinic. It is a quick safe way to loose weight. And you will learn how to eat and make good decisions about the foods you come in contact with. It's one of best weight loss clinics in the US.

Hope I helped If you want me to into detail send me a message and I will!

South Beach is good, easy, and most of all healthy. There is no counting anything, and it's very well balanced.

Thanks! I'm on the East Coast, so California's a little out of my way I think I'll try South Beach. I believe I've heard Jenny Craig's food is pretty pricey. Thanks again

Re: Jenny Craig/South Beach Diet

Hi!

Currently I am using a Mediterranean diet approach and
South Beach. Its fresh food, sensible portions and healthy.

I don't like the Jenny Craig or Nutrisystem food approach,
costly and preservatives !
