Hi to the rest of you.
I've been working every day (at least a half shift) for the past week and I'm beat

. I did pretty well on the food until today; I just didn't have the energy to make any sort of wise choices. Caffeine and sugar were the foods du jour. I guess the redeeming feature is that I've been too tired at night to do more than eat a bowl of cereal for dinner.
And hugs to Gentle. I've got a passel of kids and being a mom is the hardest thing I've ever done. Depression is a heavy burden, too. I hope it gets better for you.
