Can you blame me for wanting to stay on induction????
I did jog today - it was so nice outside that my son and I headed over to the track.

Isn't it weird how that happens, the cravings coming back?
I was out at a place today where you can sit and have "tea" - and they make those little cucumber sandwiches and etc, and cookies, and it was just such a nice place, and my friend and I were VERY hungry - I said, wellllll I can probably just have a couple little sandwiches and be ok - TILL WE SAW THE PRICES! thank God LOL - we had JUST tea - and then went out to eat where I got something LEGAL.
I've heard it compared to getting sober/clean, quitting smoking, etc., not being able to have that "first drink" or "first smoke" etc., or it will kick in the craving. Only thing is, with eating, we have to let the lion out of the cage 3 x a day (at least) - it comes out hungry - and we are supposed to make it "eat nice"??? As long as I stay away from that sugar and flour I'm fine - but just the littlest thing "off", or like with you, too many other carbs, it gets my motor running and I just want MORE! Oh I remember that feeling and I just don't want to GO THERE!
