I'm going to yoga class this AM.
Thank you Tweety

you sweetie (what a poet eh?)
I got the urge for something sweet tonite so I sliced an apple (w/skin on), put cinnamon and splenda on, and micro'd it for about 1 1/2 min - delicious

Wanted something "badder" but it did the trick.
I think about all the stuff, and the kinds of stuff, I used to eat, esp at nite, and I am baffled that I didn't weigh a lot more!
Congrats on the yoga, still going to the brutal one? Is this the "hot" yoga you described last year?

I really need to get on an exercise program. How do those of you with children make time to go to the gym?
HEY, welcome to the thread of COURSE you can join us! I am having a hard time w/ my baby fat too (mine is 20 y.o.)...
