Hi all, I just found this thread and wanted to chime in...I've been trying to eat healthier and well, less, myself lately, and exercise more. No diet plan...just trying to make some small life changes so I'll feel better overall! Hoping to start taking yoga classes again soon or start using some exercise DVDs.
If anyone is interested, found an interesting article on another site about where salt hides in your food - it'll definitely make me check labels a bit more carefully in the future!
