Eating at work

I find that when I'm at work I can't eat anything "heavy" or too filling. I have to stick to things like yogurt, fruit, Fiber One bars (which are AMAZING!!!!!!!!), etc. Everytime I've eaten a normal sized meal and go back to work, smells bother me that didn't before I went on break and I feel sick within a half an hour.

It works out much better for me to be chancing hunger rather than being normally full. Maybe it's the fact that I work nights.....I dunno, but I was wondering if anyone else has this problem.
