Hello fellow nurses.....my boyfriend has bell's palsy...according to a quick assessment by an on call nurse..he will f/u though with a neuro doc of course..but have any of you know someone that has recovered more quickly by using vit.B12 shots?......please give me some info....I am more stressed about this than he is...it is remarkable the difference in his facial movements....

Re: Please Help!!! Seeking Advice On Tx!!!

I am glad your BF is seeking medical treatment. However, our board can not provide medical advice. I would suggest making another general post in another forum for information related to Bell's palsy and any relation to Vitamin therapy...without asking about medical advice in relation to BF.

My best to you and he.
