vitamins antioxidants

renerian,
what part of ohio are you from I am orginally from Athens Ohio. I became a travel nurse and landed in Utah with my new husband. I still travel presently to Washington but as i get older i want to phase out working in the Icus and do prevention and alternative medicine. I still come to ohio occasionally and do educational seminars on vitamins and antioxidants. If you have any ideas on this topic I would appreciate your help.

Thanks!

Holistic Nurse GA seeking referrals

I am a holistic health practioner (MA in field), LPN, and just 28 nursing credits short of RN. Soon to start a radio show on Health and Vitality with University radio that reaches N. GA and beyond. Any marketing suggestions for community of my services? I am new so attending everything to get the word out. I am also seeking the most expedient way to get referrals from dr. or social worker or?? for pampered temporary live in home care post operation/hospital discharge (24-36 hrs.) I met a nurse (RN) who does this and loves being a "best friend!".Thanks for any assist.

I have a master's in hypnotherapy. Mostly I work with smokers, but what I really love is presurgery anxiety in children.

I've also done hypnotherapy for writer's block, self-esteem, and simple phobias.

Weight loss is also a popular area for hypnotherapy -- but at this time I am not working in that area. Hypnotherapy for weight loss only works well if the person has a plan for changing lifestyle (exercise and eating right).

At this point it's just extra money for me and I usually see my clients in their home or office (so it's word of mouth and people I know), but thinking about the next step; I am talking with a person who owns a massage therapy salon to see about using one of their extra rooms.

How do you get a master's in hypnotherapy?

I'm looking at an MSN at U of Phoenix with emphasis in integrative healthcare. Another nurse where I work is also interested. I guess we're looking more at wellness centers or working with chronically ill people and adding complementery therapies to western medicine, like guided imagry, mindfulness, etc.
