personality test

i just feel so sad right now. after i undergoing a series of exams in one of premier hospitals here in the philippines,i feel that i did not qualify because of the PERSONALITY TEST. the questions are easy and all i have to do is just answer it in my point of view. but the problem is, i do not have the "mental strength" and the willingness to answer some of the questions because im too exhausted with the other exams that ive taken that day.

in the end, i think i did skip a question coz when i shaded the answer in one of the questions, i saw that the number is different. i do not have the time to scan thru the answer sheet so i just passed it. tsk..tsk..too bad

does anyone know how this exam is being evaluated. is the personality exam that important for an employer to hire the applicant? coz there is still an initial interview after that right? i just hope that i did make it.

Re: personality test

If the facility is using that exam, they are going to use the results from it.
Unfortunately, this is how things are done over there.

personality exam is fine with me.. what i hated are exams with abstract reasonings! they are just going to evaluate your answers on how well you're fit to work.. i dont have any idea how they do it.. but i hope you could make it!

Please correct me if I'm wrong on this. Personality test in a company is not given for the sake of the exam only. It'll determine and gives the company a overview of what kind of person you are. I have a friend who is a psychologist and one of her part time job after graduating from college (more than 10 years ago) was evaluating personality test on some companies. There are other other employees who were not promoted due to these results.

From what I observe from my former school, there are corresponding answers to the exam and by attaining a specific score, it determines your personality. That's why after I took a personality test prepared by
my friend (she's the guidance counselor), it always amazes. Johari's window... Then she'll call for us one by one and tell us the results.. really amazing!

And when it comes to exams, you should never ever live a blank space. If you dont know the answer, though your very tired, try to guess.. who knows... your guess might be right!

One last thing, never use SMS on this website...
