Lessons and questions.

Hi there. LEt me share this experience to all who will be taking the boards this december. A very good friend of mine re-took the boards this june test 3 and 5. We all know board takers that BEFORE ANYTHING ELSE you have to shade which SET of test questionaire you are answering. Maybe He was too excited to answer the test because HE STUDIED hard for it and Shading which SET he was answering was not his top concern. Unfortunately, not all exam proctors are the same, some may inspect your test papers if you shaded corectly or not, unfortunately for him, their proctor was just sitting on the "teachers" table and was not roaming around etc. The moment he passed their exam papers it was then found out that one test taker from the row he was sitting shaded the wrong "Set". Instead of shading Set B he shaded Set A. Unfortunately, they cannot track who's test paper was it. But he did have a strong feeling it was his...
2 months have passed, the results came out, his name WAS NOT among those who have passed. sooo sad. the question right now is, can he retake the board exam? or can he surrender his all license and take the whole exam all over again?? any advice? He is willing to give up his license and take the WHOLE test again.
