The issue that you are up against and it is a very big one and that is the fact that most other jobs actually require hospital experience first even to get them in the US as well as other countries.

One usually needs experience to even get hired or trained to do different things.

But you can design your own programs where one can get experience, and that is the key to helping all of you out. What do you think that you could do that would give you experience as an RN and give you credit for that, but would also help out others and that is what we want to do as nurses and why we went to school in the first place?

I want you to try and come up with some ideas before I add in my two cents to this.
