Re: best review centers??

actually, from what I heard from my friend, CArl Balita is now not connected with SLRC( Saint Louis Review Center) He is now on his own making His own review center. I don't really know what happen between him and the owner of SLRC or why they split up...

The reason of the sudden change may be found in this Link. It may not be directly stated but since they're unholy action was busted they decide to change it so the dirt won't be shared to the new one.

I reviewed in slRC before that's why I recommend it "BEFORE" since i found their review light and easy. But since they've done an illegal act I won't be PRO SLRC or be it CBRC. The consequences of what they did affected our reputations as filipinos and our PT's. It shouldn't be patronize anymore.

I thought it was SLRC baguio branch that has been raid. I was really shocked when I found out it was Manila branch - CARL balita's review center. Even if they change the name. It desn't change a thing, it was them who was raided by the police

This is my stand on this issue.

Re: best review centers??

I would like to review in CBRC because I have heard lots of good comments about it. Do they already have their schedules?..

Take the time to do some reading as well as research about these review centers.

They are not what they should be, and read the links above for more on why we are saying this.

What is posted above about the RTs, can be taken to be the same as not being able to get a license issued for the RN in the US, or being able to get the VSC because of cheating issues with same.

The testing center in Korea was closed because of cheating issues and it already required a retesting of those that took the June, 2006 exam. So why in the world would you consider any of these centers to be good when they were involved with previous issues?

That is not how to want to work in the US by a long shot.

Some people found out that there are a lot of errors found in their published review books. I have nothing against them. You have a lot to consider when choosing a review center.... better scout first. No review center can take place intensive self study.

And where have you heard good comments about them? You need to do your own investigating, we are telling you to stay away from any of these so-called review programs. Their instructors are not even licensed in your country for the most part, nor have work experience there as an RN either; let alone in the US or anyplace else.

And where are they getting their review information from? Seriously doubt that they have taken the time to write it themselves either. But since it has been discussed here in the past as having too many mistakes, not a good thing either for representing the program.

Save your money.

Re: best review centers??

some review centers for NLE, NCLEX,english exams are only money making,.. better choose the best one! they are really making a good money out of us nurses.. the hospitals, review centers, trainings, etc. i didnt enrol in a review center during my NLE, they are very expensive, plus food and transportation allowance..

Re: best review centers??

The only one that benefits is the owner of the schoo, no one else.

Look at all of the issues that happened just two years ago with several of the so-called famous review centers there, exams had to be rewritten and lives put on hold.

And then now the PT exam is having issues there with cheating that has been going on with another so-called famous review center, and the results are all being thrown out and not accepted.

So to sum it up: stay away from them, you can easily prepare on your own, and have money for a coffee on a daily basis.
