When I had a T/X I kept it in the pocket of my scrub jacket. Now that I have a Treo, I keep it in a case on my waistband.

I keep my tx in my pocket that way I can use it on the fly, I don't worry about it gaining legs so to speak. I love that I connect wirelessly for updates while at work or home.

Pocket. Even in the "ceil blue" scrubs from the hospital, in the little top pocket.
Usually I keep it in my scrub top big pockets.
We have also just started using a handheld PocketPC to do our med passes with. It has a little scanner built into it so we scan the bracelets, the drug, the bracelet, to make sure we have the right patient. It is bigger than my Palm, so I usually drop it in the big side pockets of my scrub pants.
