Re: Tungsten E?

Can you be more specific as to what you will use it for? Each of the Tungstens different things that they excel at.

Hard to give you an answer without knowing how you will use it.

Re: Tungsten E?

Sorry--I know what it does and that it will suit my needs--just wanted to know if it was quirky or any "bugs" or problems before I make the final decision to buy--just some "beware" or input on good features.
thanks

Re: Tungsten E?

You should have no issues with it. I love their products. Now have the new Tungsten T/X.

I just always check, many post here that have never used one and are not sure what they can do with it.

Re: Tungsten E?

Hi

I have a tungsten e and find it great for what I need at an affordable price. I bought one from ebay loaded with medical stuff for around $230. So I gave my older one to my dh for keeping appts etc.

Re: Tungsten E?

Thanks for all the input--As I said, I have pretty much decided on this model after doing the physical research on line but just wanted a little input before I buy--just as an aside, during my research, I found that the best place to buy is directly from the palm.com site. They offer free shipping if you buy directly from their website and often free or discounted software or upgrades--I just missed the free upgrade of memory because my kids' christmas was more of a priority than a new palm device for me but will be buying real soon
thanks again
beth

Re: Tungsten E?

Can I just say it costs a fortune to download medical/nursing stuff for PDA's why dont you buy one with all the stuff already installed, unless you know somebody who willl install it for you who has already purchased it. If you go onto Ebay you will find sellers who have already downloaded and installed all medical/nursing books into the PDA, and will save you hundreds of dollars.
