Something for the Organizationally Challenged among us?

I only can keep track of appointments, bills, meetings, and my work schedule by keeping several different calendars around, all color-coded differently.

I am so dependent on the color-coding thing that when I try to use my PDA for all these tasks, it just jumbles together.

Are there any icons that can give me a clue at a glance, or do I have to suffer through a painful adjustment period?

(I know, I know, you really really feel for me with this problem, don't you?)

My PDA (Palm TX) allows me to color-code categories of items; from memos and notes to contacts and appointments. You can also set up your own categories.

I already have a Lifedrive PDA. Would you recommend any particular programs that have those features?

The built-in Palm software does this. Might I suggest a session with the PDF file on the install disk?

(sorry... I'm a terminal smartazz.)

Could be that's the real problem. I tried to run the stupid thing and it wouldn't go for me, so I've been flyin' by the seat of my pants with it since I got it.

I'll try again...who knows?

Thanks for the tip, however SA'ly intended.

Update:

Thanks again. I got the info from the website. I'm now happily color-coding everything!

Never thought of getting organized as a fun activity before, but this toy is making it fun.

If at first you don't succeed....

I'm glad you have arrived at organizational nirvana!
