Hello. I'm looking for a software where I can enter all the meds to be given to a pt and this software will show me if they are all compatible or there is no contraindications whatsoever....

Are you talking about IV compatibility or some other route? Epocrates will do IV compatibility, and I think Davis drug guide does too, any good drug reference should do that.

But if you mean P.O. compatibility, as in how do the meds interact with each other, you are going to need to look the drugs up individually and that info is usually contained in the entry for any particular drug.
