Skyscape Question

Hi All,

The only programs I know for sure that I want are Davis's Drug Guide and Taber's Dictionary.

But Skyscape has that nursing constellation that comes with RN notes, etc.

Does anyone really use RN notes etc. or will it just be clutter?

Would I be better off buying separate programs for signs and symptoms, diagnostic tests, calculator etc. instead of RN Notes?

Thanks--

Tofutti

It's clutter to me, but you can check it out in trial mode to get an idea for yourself.

I only get things from Skyscape on an individual basis. The suite I get from Pepid as it is truly integrated and has stuff I really want (most of it).

Re: Skyscape Question

I do use the RN Notes more than I thought I would, but not a ton. It is just basic stuff, but sometimes as a student I need to be reminded of the basics (assessments, etc) when I'm nervous or if it has been awhile since I performed a skill.

I use the Tabers and Davis constantly but I also use the RN Notes and the Nurses Manual of Lab and Dignostics that comes with the whole package.

Just my 2 cents
