problem with skyscape

I downloaded the nursing constellation, Lippincott something or other can't remember the name and a few other programs..all from skyscape.

Now I could have sworn prior to today, all the programs were listed in the applications file. I could also click Skyscape and it would show all my downloads from them. Now today I noticed that my programs aren't all showing in the applications file and only a couple are listed in the skyscape one. Whats odd is that my Mosby Dict is showing as an icon and shows in teh skyscape programs and that wasn't part of the all-n-one package. But my Lippincott isn't showing anywhere, and that wasn't part of the all in one either.

The only way I can access them is to go into nursing constellation and then click Links.

It was much easier to go to apps, click the program and have it open right from there.

Anyone have any ideas what happened, or how I can get those "icon" like things back into applications or at least to show in the skyscape app file so that i can go directly to those programs???

Re: problem with skyscape

The programs that are part of the constellation are usually hidden in the application list. If they are not then they should show up in the list of application. If you list the programs that are not part of that list, maybe we can figure out why you have the problem.

Re: problem with skyscape

You can always uninstall and then to to skyscape and reinstall and maybe the icon problem will solve itself. Skyscape has everything you bought on record and all the id#'s etc..
good luck

Re: problem with skyscape

Dumb question I know, but do you have the "all" option selected from the drop down?
I am trying to make up my mind between pepid and skyscape right now.
good luck, I hope it gets better.
