I have a Palm TX.

I'm just wondering whether people usually install software to the Palm device or to the expansion card (I purchased a 2GB card that just arrived), or does it not really matter?

Depends on what your software is and how big. I tend to put a lot of mine on expansion cards but like all my nursing goes on one which goes to work with me

After too many hours, I finally figured it out. LOL!

Some software cannot be installed on the card, but most of it can, so that's where it goes.

I install everything that can be installed on the card, on the card. Otherwise, things run wwwaaayyy slow.
