Does anyone use a PDA for receiving and giving change of shift report? I'm interested in doing this, but I think I need a database and would like to know if anyone has any experience and which database they use? thanks

Patient Tracker PDA Software

Although I've never utelized the same to give or take report, PDA software entitled "Patient Tracker" could be utelized for the same purpose.
However, it takes time to enter the data through the outlined criteria.
As a result, if you have patients who are not transient but are rather permanent (such as in a nursing home or extended care facility), patient tracker would be extremely useful not only for giving or taking report but, also, for assessment, intervention, and record keeping. :hatparty:
