Well, it would all depend on if you are using a Palm OS, or Windows OS. I use Windows OS, is that on option on the new Palm Centro? Or does it default to the Palm OS?

I like Windows operating system, it's of course compatible with everything I use on my PC. (I use a lot of Microsoft products).

Windows has a mobile downloading center that I use for applications. I use Skyscape for a lot of other med programs, my IV med program, I have an ER/ICU tool box, an ACLS program, etc.

Best of luck.

Re: Palm centro

I just ordered a Palm Centro as well, I'm curious to see what all it has available. I bought it because I wanted a phone I could download my calender and grocery, but if I can use it for work related stuff that would be awesome! Please post and let me know how successful you are with clinical software!

I said I would keep you posted and now I am

It works great with my Yahoo calender but I have to autosync my Yahoo calender to Microsoft outlook first. Then I hotsync my Outlook calender to my phone, a bit round about but it works with no problems.

I put Davis drug guide, Fast Facts for ICU, InfusiCalc, and Abg pro on my phone, and they all work and are fantastic. I was worried about Fast Facts, I thought I wouldn't be able to see it with the small screen, but the font is just fine.

On another note, I went on ebay and bought the cutest cover for it. It has butterflies (I know how dorky!)

I have read about some neat programs for grocery list (I am a list fanatic) I will keep you posted how they work. I would rather make my grocery list on my PC and sync it than type on that tiny phone keyboard.
