same here in my ADN program, we have to leave everything including coats, backpacks, coffee, etc, in the front of the room. No baseball caps either!! Boy that was a bummer when I forgot that once, (and a bad hair day!)

But the biggest issue I have had was that I can't use it at work! ( I am now an LPN going to school for my RN) The reason I can't use it at work is because of the camera. There are issues with privacy and some act and having picture phones and taking unauthorized pictures.
That is ridiculous. I'll bet the docs can use theirs.

I am accepted into the FNP program this fall and I checked with my program, and they don't care if it is a phone/pda or what.. But I am going to go with a plain pda for now (I think)..
