New PDA Old Nurse

Hi everyone
I just bought a HP iPaq 2795b PDA which I love. I want to use it on the job and was wondering if there were non students who were using their PDA at work. I have ADD which has required me to be creative. I print "brain" cards from Excel so that I'm ready for report. I have a watch that alarms every hour to remind me to check IV sites. I don't think that I need as much reference material on my PDA as the students but I could use more organizing tips and maybe speciality programs for the bedside nurse.
Any ideas or tips would be greatly appreciated.

With documents to go (Allows you to carry Excel spreadsheets on your PDA) you can put your brain cards on your pda

Set a repeating event in your calendar to remind you to check your brain

to do lists broken down by category(house, work, school etc)

Its worth buying the davis drug guide from skyscape

Some of the daily organizers etc that other posters have created are in word format. You can convert those to PDA friendly format using Documents to go.

(I also have ADD) I absolutely love my palm for its referencing/calendar keeping abilities. (I also use a pocket paper wheelbook as a supplement to my palm instead of the memo function.)
