Need a recommendation for PDA

Does anyone have a recommendation for nursing care plan software for PDA? I am looking for something that gives nursing diagnoses applicable to both surgeries and medical conditions.

Thank you,

Suzi

Re: Need a recommendation for PDA

go to pepid.com

The RN suite may have nursing diagnoses. Otherwise I haven't found any PDA software for nursing diagnoses.

Re: Need a recommendation for PDA

I know there are tons of books out there with the diagnoses and then interventions and such listed. In one of the programs I have there are diagnoses listed and interventions but it's really not easy to use because they are listed with a ton of other things and it's not just NANDA diagnoses.

All my programs were bought through www.skyscape.com and they do have this...

Handbook of Nursing Diagnosis, 10th Ed.
http://www.skyscape.com/estore/produ...productid=1081

Nursing Diagnosis Handbook, 7th Ed.
http://www.skyscape.com/estore/produ...productid=1919

I actually have the book for the above link. There are 2 books actually...a big one and a little one that are basically the same and I have the little one. It's not a bad book.

Nurse's Pocket Guide: Diagnoses, Prioritized Interventions, and Rationales, 10th Ed.

http://www.skyscape.com/estore/Produ...ProductId=1878

You can test drive any of them.
