HP iPAQ Rx 1955 or Tungsten E2?

Which would be better for a beginner who is used to operating windows? I want to be able to download quite a bit of nursing software. Anyone familiar with the Rx 1955? Any problems with the two of these? Thanks!

I like the big screen of iPAQ and the built-in wi-fi. Though Tungsten E2 have faster processor than the iPAQ Rx 1955.
