I have searched the posts in this forum, but I don't seem to be able to find any on how much memory is required to hold all the medical information.
I am about to buy my first PDA, Palm TX, in the next couple of days and I am getting the Skyscape Constellation and Taber's Medical dictionary and probably an NCLEX review and I want to have some extra room to expand.
Is a 1 GB memory card enough to hold all this stuff....?? (The TX had 128 MB normally). What do you guys have??

I am not technically inclined....obviously....

I have a 512mb card and it's not even 1/3 full. I have most everything I need, but will be buying some more progs soon. I guess it's up to you, but I always say, go with the MOST memory you can afford. More is always better than less.

The general rule of thumb when talking about computer memory and storage space is to get as much as you can afford. Just be carefull and make sure you don't get a card that your PDA can't read.

I've got a 2 gig one in my treo and it's only about 1/4 full. I"ve got tons of e-books as well as references, pictures and plenty of other stuff.

The one I bought hubby has a 2 GIG memory card. He LOVES it.
I think I may get myself one just for the medication information that I need on hand every day.
