Has NE1 been able to download Delmar's drug guide onto their palm tx

Delmar offer's a free pda drug guide but for the life of me I can't get it to work on my pda. I know it downloads because when i go to delete items from my pda it shows up. but it's not coming up as a program, even when i do a search for it, there's no search results. I am able to load other delmar pda programs onto my palm without a problem.Has anyone been able to get it to work? http://www.nursespdr.com/database2007/login.aspx
