I feel so dumb to say the least! I charged it, ran the cd, plugged in the hotsync cable. I pushed the button on the cable & it said it went through. I then looked on my palm not a thing there that I tried to load. I have tried #'s times....any suggestions? I do have vista & I went to palm website & downloaded to take care of that. Unless I am not looking in the right place (applications)....there is nothing loading. I have the Tungsten e2. Thanks so much for your help!

I'm not very tech-saavy, so forgive me if this is a dumb question, but do you have the hot sync cable and a little skinny cable plugged in at the same time before you try to sync them? That is how mine works.

I am not tech savvy either so....no question, remark is dumb to me! I just have a hotsync cable...one end plugs into computer & other end into palm. It keeps saying completed??????

That's probably the one. I plug them in at the same time to sync. Did you try that?

That would be a big negative.....still won't hotsync!

Ah, that's too bad. Maybe you can look at one of the links appearing on the bottom of your thread for more suggestions.
