Sure. Using this link http://www.etu.sgul.ac.uk/cso/
  • Go to the video section
  • Choose the video you would like on the left side
  • When the video comes up, scroll down a little and under the video it will say: This video is available for PDA devices: and will give a short list.
  • See if it is available for your PDA.

Re: Free PDA Medical Software

epocrates.com has an abbreviated free version of their drug guide. I believe it is called "Epocrates Rx Free". They also have a "Med Tools" program for free.

skyscape.com has some free stuff. you have to go to the "browse by professions" on the left of the screen and click on "view all" you will then see a link to the free stuff in the right hand column under "featured products" it reads free products.

Stacworks.com has a free ABGPro, you enter the pt's lab values and tell you acidosis and alkalosis and other expected lab values.

Re: Free PDA Medical Software

I wanted to let y'all know that Micromedex is free for nursing students. My school wasn't listed and when I called, they just told me to select any school that shows up.

Here's the link: http://www.micromedex.com/solutions/academics/students/

I do know that you have to click on the "free access" link and then fill out your information to register.

I'm not sure, but it may just be a limited time trial version. Let us know when you download it.
