I have just gotten a Palm PDA and am looking for websites that have good free software programs that I can download and use. I already have the Kathy White Critical Care program, but I am looking for more programs to supplement. Thanks to everyone in advance for their time. Walter

If you do a search at this site on "PDA", and possibly "palm", you will find a multitude of threads dedicated to this subject. Almost all of them have many place to go for free, and not free, downloads for a PDA.

Go towww.handango.com . They have tons of software for Palm OS. Some is free, and some have nominal fees ($7). They have lots of medical and nursing programs.

i use the Davis Drug Guide for Nurses on my pda
its not free but i use it every day . . . great nursing
oriented drug guide that is updated regularly

i downloaded Epocrates for free ( designed primarily
for docs ) and found it had limited usefulness for
nursing . . . although the DocAlerts feature which
sends email updates on drugs was useful . . . im not
sure if epocrates is still free

I am about to graduate and will soon be taking the NCLEX. I had downloaded a version of the NCLEX practice exam on my PDA before spring break and have been practicing will all my exams and it has helped considerlably. It is so convenient to practice whenever you have some free time sitting in a waiting room or whenn traveling, at home on the coach!
Friends asked what to get me for graduation and I suggested a gift certificate to skyscape.

I am RN from Iran who would like to work in next year in australia and now I am working so hard to get my goal. This time I need some drug software like mosby or .... which can help me to know more about drugs. But unfortunately I cannot prepare them here in iran and also buy them from web .I download some of them not mosby but all of them need licence key. please help me about it if you know free software including licence plz notify me or upload here then I use it.

Unfortunately I could not find anything there If any one can find a good and easy using drug software like mosby drug refrence for nursing which be free and installable on my laptop please notify me and uplod in free uplod center ..thanks alot
