take a look at the study stack.com. You can even make your own and then hotsync to your PDA.

I have tried lots and lots of PDA flashcards program and have always ended up going back to HandyCards. It just can't be beat for features and flexibility. The one thing annoying about this program is the HandyCards Creator. It does not have spell check, it does not allow you to individually remove cards in the program, etc. However I keep going back because HandyCards itself has just been the best PDA flashcard program I have ever used.
