I just got a hand-me-down ipaq hx2110 from my husband. Unfortunately, I'm having to figure it out without any manual or help because he never used it and therefore can't answer any questions...I have tried to install the free Epocrates Essentials, and I get as far as it installing on my PDA, then it tells me to sync, which I start, and then it stops there, giving the following message: (error installing, sync again) Have tried it 5 different times, to no avail. Anyone have any ideas? I've contacted HP and Epocrates and they just tell me to soft restart, which I've already tried Thanks!

are you trying to isntall this on SD card/ on the device directly? try changing the location also use add and remove program to remove anything left from active syc on your desktop and do a fresh download.
