I thought I saw that there was a download/program to help when you have to do a specificy system assessment, but cannot for the life of me remember what/where it was.
There is a ton to remember and I'm hoping I can get some help to load onto my PDA.
Was it Epocrates....or maybe a program on Skyscape?? Darn, my first semester brain is fried already!!
Skyscape has a program: Nurses' Handbook of Health Assessment, 5th Ed. In the table of contents this book appears to be organized by systems. This program is also offered through Lippincott's site and may also be offered on Unbound Medicine
