Have you checked out ISU? They have a LPN-BSN program, and I'm fairly sure it's accepted everywhere. It sounds like that would fit your plan.
Excelsior College has a LPN-RN online program as well. There are several TX students here that can tell you more about that.
If you do get your RN first, and then want to get your BSN, McKendree University has a campus in Radcliffe. Most of the classes aren't online, but you can attend class 1 day a week, and remain full time. I got my BSN from them (Louisville campus), and I highly recommend them.
University of Louisville also has an online RN-BSN program.
