Need Information - LPN to RN

I've been an LPN for a year and I'm going to graduate in May with my RN . I'm a little nervous and was wondering if anyone has made this same transaction? What kind of experiences have you had and possibly any suggestions for me? Thanks

Re: LPN to RN

Hi,
Are you nervous about practicing as a RN? I'm a little nervous about picking one of the new opportunities that are available now but more excited than anything. Congratulations!

I have always done an extra class each semester through LPN and RN school but it really depends on what kind of a student you are. I'm not sure I would have wanted to do the ones you listed, we needed them as pre-reqs for the LPN program, but I did the fluffy ones like growth/development, clep'd sociology etc.
