Chancellor's Learning System

Has anyone used Chancellor's Learning System to complete their degree online with Excelsior, or knows anyone who has used it? i took my first two clep tests with it, and it work pretty well. I am only scard that when I reach the end, and it is time for me to enrole with Excelsior, they will make me start over again. Chancellor's says you do not have to enrole with Excelsior untill you have completed your first two Nursing classes. Has anyone done this or a simular program and acually have gotten their RN?

Thanks,
SWLAMedic

Re: Chancellor's Learning System

I am currently using Chancellors and am ready to take my 1st NC test next week. I feel pretty prepared, but I will let you know how it goes.

And yes, you do not need to enroll with Excelsior until after the NC 2 exam !

Re: Chancellor's Learning System

I am a former client of Chancellor's. study systems were adequate for the EC exams. Yes u do have to enroll wih EC after test #2. I believe enrollment fee is around $800. After completing all exams there will be a 2 1/2 day clinical. The monies u pay to Chancellors does not cover any of EC fees. The clinical cost $1725. I am presently preparing to go to clinicals.

Re: Chancellor's Learning System

Reikinurse, thanks so mucj for this informative post. I never understood why people would use these people and not go directly to www.excelsior.edu or Indiana State on their own. You can easily find Chancellor packets on ebay without signing a contract with them.
