Re: what does the "Warn 0 %" at the bottom left hand part of my posts mean?

Warn: (0%)

This is part of our member warning system used to notify individual members when they have breached our Terms of Service (TOS).
Terms of Service - All Users Please Read and Follow

One can only see their own account, no access to others. Zero means no contact from our Mod/Admin team....99.9 % of our membership never receive any notice as they just follow the TOS agreed to upon sign-up.

Thanks for asking!

ok, so I had this same question, and I reviewed your reply, have read the TOS, and still don't understand why I have the "warn" in the bottom left hand corner. I don't think I'm doing anything wrong - am I? What's wrong? I think I need a more detailed, or specific reply - I'm not too literate to this type of stuff.

I have the same Warn: and then it says 0% which means I have not had any contact with the Mods. Everyone's post tells them their warning level, or atleast that is how I'm understanding it. I hope that helps. You don't see mine, I don't see yours, but we each have one on our post "for your eyes only".

Re: what does the "Warn 0 %" at the bottom left hand part of my posts mean?

EVERYONE has this warning meter. You are only able to see your meter, not other members. It just sits there with 0 warning showing.

The warning meter is part of our moderation system used to easily contact members when they have not followed allnurses.com bulletin board TOS policies. When activated, meter changes to number of points assigned by Mod Team member per TOS violation. 10 points and your posting privileges are suspended. Because we value members privacy, Contact between bb member and Admin/Mod Team is done privately without disclosing any moderation activities.

Depending on infraction, points usually removed after 30-60 days. Outright spamming, multiple accounts, X rated material and immediate ban will occur, with word banned listed under members account name.

99.9 of our membership never have been contacted regarding post content ...just follow the Terms of Service and you won't hear from the Mod/ Admin Team ....except for the Birthday Greeting!

OMG! Thanks so much for answering that for me. And to RN2BLPN4NOW for your response too. I thought, and was really fretting that I had done something wrong. I feel so much better now.

You'll feel even better if you violate some rule in your life. No one wants to be a "zero!" Don't fret; know for sure and you'll have less anxiety.

Warn(0%)

Why is that I have a "(warn %)" thats supposed to look like a percentage sign when I post. I have seen this on the few posts I have put on here. What bothers me is, I read multiple posts and have never seen this before. Can someone enlighten me? Thanks

Re: Warn(0%)

Everyone has one of these, but yours can only be seen by you and by Allnuses staff. In a nutshell, it's an indication of how much contact you've had with moderators for violating our site's Terms of Service. The vast majority of members, like yourself, have a zero.

Re: Warn(0%)

I asked that awhile ago as well.

I didn't know and had posted in a post a book for nurses to read about a nurse which was recreational reading, not educational reading so maybe that is why I was warned.

???
