#1 Nursing Resource: 806,000 unique visitors per month

I upgraded my membership and the money has gone through, but I haven't had an actual change in my membership status.

Is there another step that I must take for this to happen?

Will my 1 year begin on the day I actually have premium accees?

I did not subscrube for the premium membership but the other day I reached my 15 post requirement and it still took a few days for me to be able to go into the live chat (which seems to never have anyone in it anyway...weird) so maybe it takes a few days for the premium stuff to show up too. Welcome!
