Most of the time when I change my signature line I get this message

1. BB code size value is too big.

I'm not understanding this at all because I'm using regular size type and only a short sentence and other times like my current signature line, it's bigger type and a longer quote and it works without incident. What exactly does BB code size value too big mean????

Can we use smiley's etc in our signature line? how?
