Threads w/ most recent responses should appear first

I just wanted to say that I really liked it much better when the most recent new threads on the home page continued to appear on the home page according to the most recent responses. In other words, the "hot topics" with the most recent responses should remain on the homepage, i.e., if a subject is kinda lame, it moves quicker off the radar while the hot topics stay on the radar.

Also, it's not like the new threads that don't get a lot of attention just go away; they roll into the "last 24 hours" discussions.

I'll betcha I'm not the only one who prefers the older way.

I agree...there is a reason a vast majority of forums do it this way.

Clutter appears as the hot topics get pushed back and mixed around, drowning in lame posts and my personal pet peeve...repetitive posts because people are too lazy to use the search feature.

I agree, as well.

I especially liked it when the time of the last post was on the home page.
