I would just like to know why some posts are moved to the mysterious forum 105? I often have no idea why this happens. Recently I received a PM stating that a post had been moved there, but I don't understand why as my post had nothing inflammatory in it...
It seems like if a post was closed down, it would be better so that we understand why, so we could all learn from it. But I'm just left to wonder what happened when I click the reply and get the blue screen of f105....
Sometimes when a thread gets out of hand, rather than close it or remove it entirely, it is indeed "pruned". Usually we notify the people whose posts are removed. Sometimes a good post is moved along with them if they reference the bad post or are addressing a troll or bad post. I hope that makes sense.
Regarding you personally I did find a post of yours and am at a loss as to why it's there, perhaps it was an accident because I didn't see any other posts from the same thread removed. I'm so sorry this happened. If you did something wrong you would know it. Thanks for understanding.
PM me or use the administrator feedback section if you have any other questions.
It was probably due to some of my recent "renovation" of sticky threads in the Nursing Student Assistance Forum. There was absolutely nothing wrong with your post, but I was combining several threads and adding them to the "Sticky" thread - "Desperately Need Help With Careplans." Duplicate or unnecessary posts were removed. I do this after a regular thread has run its course and has relevant material to be placed in a "Sticky" thread in the Nursing Student Assistance Forum. Taking out the duplicate or superfluous posts makes the particular "sticky" thread easier to read. My apologies for any confusion.
Might I also suggest that if this happens again to you (or anyone lurking), when you are notified, simply hit reply and ask the moderator who did the pruning what it's about.
