So many threads asking for report sheets, maybe a sticky would be a good idea to post them all under.

Report sheets?

Report sheets= the sheets that nurses use to jot notes down about pts. Some put a pt. sticker on them, then the room number, dx, hx, isolation, med times, etc.

There are so many Forums, so many variations for report sheets, let the individual Mods do that as it comes up. If you see one at the time, send the Mod a heads up or suggest it in a Thread, when appropriate.
