This is the second time I lost a lengthy post (taking more than 15 min to compose and edit) due to inadvertent clicking on an ad. I don't even know how it happened. However it wouldn't have happened had the ad opened on a new window. When an ad click takes over the current window, when hitting the back arrow, all the reply info except the original unedited quote is lost. Please consider having a new window opened for ad clicks.

Re: Open new page on ad click.

I can't solve the immediate problem, but I had similar issues when I had an iffy DSL connection.

Before itting send, highlight your entire post, including quotes if applicable.

Hit Ctrl-C to copy.

Then submit as normal.

Even if it got lost, you can just go to the messaging box & hit Ctrl-P to paste it there again in order to send it off.
