I have a friend who was trying to register today, but she kept getting a message that her password wasnt accepted. Does anyone know what I can tell her to do so that she can join?

Thank you. A friend made a website for me for my birthday and this was one of the graphics she made.
I would like to learn to make them, but I figure it will have to wait until I get through with the important stuff. Nursing school comes first. All else will have to wait.
