Not that it's a big deal, but just a bit ago I noticed that I was 2 or 3 posts away from 1000 posts. Then I posted a post and happened to check to see if I hit 1000 and I noticed that I had lost a bunch of posts from my post count.

Am I hallucinating?

Re: My post count

When I have lost several posts from my count, it is typically because a moderator has deleted one or more of my politically incorrect posts to avoid a flamefest.

Re: My post count

No, this was more like 30 or 40 posts, all at once. I'm trying to be politically correct, I've noticed it's important here.

Re: My post count

Why be politically correct? Just be polite and say what you mean.

When someone reaches a milestone in posts sometimes members take notice and make a post about it and we all say "congrats". Is this what you're talking about when you say it's important here.

Congrats on the impending 1000 posts!

Re: My post count

I had 998 posts, then all of a sudden I had about 40 posts less. I only noticed it because of the fact that I was close to 1000

Maybe Brian keeps them in a box underneath his bed to keep the bad spirits away at night!
