I have a problem

I realize this isn't the appropriate place to post this, but it seems to be the only place I can access. I tried going to the admin help forum and nothing came up and then I tried to email siri, but since I'm not a premium member, I guess my mailbox is too full to send any more messages.

My membership expired a couple days ago and I haven't been able to upgrade it, because every time I click on the "upgrade now" link, all I get is a blank page! Is there some other way I can upgrade my membership? Thanks!

Poor little teapot....! If I can help let me know. I could upgrade for you and you could pay me back. Hopefully you'll be back to premium very soon.

Sorry, mercyT

Next time, send me an email (not pm) and I'll reply. I just now saw this thread.

Hope you got it all worked out. MUST read your blog entries and would just generally miss you 'round the Premium forums!!!!!

(btw - the admin help desk forum can be accessed by going to the, 'site help', on yellow toolbar and clicking on, 'admin help desk'.)

Re: I have a problem

Thank you, Dutchgirl, that was a very generous offer. As you can see, I did figure my little problem out. Thank you for your message, too, siri. Once I was finally able to get to the page to enter my data in, though, my account updated immediately. Has any consideration ever been given to offering a multiyear subscription offer?

I went to my journal immediately and wrote a very wordy tome and my stupid computer ate it!!! Oh well, I'll go back later and blather again, lol.

Re: I have a problem

Sure, mercyT. If you want, you can pay for multi-years and your settings will reflect this.

Glad to see you back!!!!!

I absolutely HATE when that happens. How I solved that problem was thanks to my son. I set up a gmail account. When you type there it saves whatever you type every 10 seconds or so. When done I then copy and paste to wherever. Saves alot of frustration.

Also another bonus of a free gmail account (google) is that it alerts you while you're online that someone has responded to your post on allnurses, it tells you what thread and who the responder is. I think it's cool and of course free!
