add that page to your IE favorites. Usually located at top left of IE tool bar.

Internet explorer is your browser (if you use IE?) All browsers have a "favorites" or "bookmarks" usually at the top left but could be in the middle of tool bar (where your web address is typed) Click this then click "add". Now when you open favorites, you can click whatever page you saved.

You can find all new threads started by members or posts member has made ---scroll through list to find what you want.

Clicking on your User CP will show you list of subscribed threads---can edit with tools on left sidebar.
