I just upgraded my account but it doesn't show my new status yet. How long will it take to show up and is that why I don't see a way to upload a photo?

Hi, I am new and still figuring out the site. I read your reply and did it but now it says to type "url" - what if I jsut want to put in a pic from my computer? how do you get the url to insert the pic?
