help with finding my postings

do I get an email everytime I get a response to my new thread?
How do I go back to see my responses, I posted on 3 forums?

I think the easiest way for you to find your previous posts is to go to your user profile via the link off your name in a post rather than the tab at the top, then click on "Find all posts by..." Here is a link to your profile http://allnurses.com/forums/members/160705.html

For future posts if you subscribe to the thread you will be notified of new posts and it will appear in the Subscribed Forums or Threads area of your User CP.
To subscribe to a thread, after you have written your post but before you submit it, scroll down. There is a box titled "Thread Subscription", just select the type of notification you want from the drop down menu and submit you post.

The link to your User CP is located on the far left of the gold box at the top of every page.
